“What do I have to do for this subject?” and “When do I have to be at work?” are the things we put on our To-do lists or calendars so we don’t forget them. But there are things in this world everyone forgets to do every ones in a while. So I made this little list of five things we have to remember doing as well.
#1: Enjoy the little things.
In this materialistic world, we tent to only focus on what big things we achieved and don’t even appreciate the little things. One day we will regret only thinking about the big things because you realize the little things were the big things (quote time, yeah).
#2: Appreciate your family and friends.
This is probably one that people forget the most because we are used to having the support of our family and friends. But it’s a good thing to also let them know that you appreciate having them in your life. Take your family out on a lunch and organize a get together evening with your friends. They will love it.
#3: Smile a little more, regret a little less.
People (including me) just get caught in all the negative things that happened in life that they forget to think about the positive. It can get you in a really bad place and that is definitely not necessary. Forget the past and negative things and focus on the positive and bright things in life. Smile.
#4: Work hard but do make time for yourself.
It’s important to work hard for something you want, but in the mean time, make some time for yourself. Put on a facemask. Read a book. Relax a little.
#5: Stop for a second and just evaluate your life.
Are you happy with what your doing? Does something need to change? If so, just make this change. It doesn’t have to be a drastic one but if it makes you happy, just do it.
What do you think and do you agree with me on these five points? I based them on what I forget to do a lot actually. That is (I think) because they are little and the little things are easily forgotten. But now this post is kind of a reminder of me and also for you :) If you want to relax a little right, just sit and listen to this song. You’ll love it!
