Fuzzy And Stripes Are The New Black | Outfit

All the fall colors are taking over but I’ve been wearing so much black lately. It’s just something I wear a lot when it’s this time of year (this sounds like it is Christmas already). But I’ve not only worn black as the title says… This outfit features a lot of my favorite items for the colder weather at the moment, so let’s check it out!

Jeans: ONLY € 39,95 | Shoes: Graceland € 29,90

My jeans are a little different than I would normally wear. Mostly I just wear stretchy jeans because those are really comfortable but last week I got these leather/waxed looking jeans. I don’t know but at first I didn’t really like them because I don’t usually go for this kind of jean but I actually really like how they look and fit.

Then on to shoes… The booties I am wearing are definitely one of my favorites for fall. I found the perfect booties from Acne but those are so expensive and I don’t think I can spend that much money on shoes (even tough I love getting new shoes). So when I saw these, I just had to get them!

Cardigan: Boohoo € 29,99 | Top: Bella Ragazza € 12,95

In this outfit I am not really wearing a jacket. That’s because I always wear leather jackets and I just really wanted to wear this fuzzy cardigan. If it was possible, I would live in it, so yeah. But if I was going outside on a rainy fall day, I would definitely wear a pretty leather jacket or a parka like the ones here.

And for some reason I’ve really been loving striped tops. A couple of weeks ago I showed my latest purchases where I bought a dark blue striped top from Brandy Melville and later that week I also got one with thinner stripes (as you can see here of course). If I wore this outfit with a plain white t-shirt, it would have looked boring but the stripes make it somewhat interesting and I like that.

Bag: Vimodos € 64,95 | Tassle Bracelet: Beadsbylotte € 3,00

With this outfit I am wearing really random jewelry. I just saw some pieces and just put them on so this is how it ended up looking. First of: a Buddha bracelet, which I actually made myself. Then I grabbed this grey bracelet with a tassel from Beadsbylotte. And lastly: I don’t feel complete without wearing a ring so I put on this really simple ring that has some detail (I can’t remember where I got it from).

On to my bag… I can never leave my house without a bag. I just feel empty when I don’t bring a bag somewhere. This is a black (surprise) medium size bag from Vimodos. It’s very practical because it has just one big main section in the bag with three little pockets to put your phone and other important stuff in and a zipper pocket in the front of the bag. As I already told in a previous blog post, I can’t really handle big bags and sometimes it’s hard to find the perfect bag but this is a great addition to my collection of black bags.

This is an outfit that is really casual but it’s also an outfit you can really dress up. If I would wear this to a “girls night out” I would dress it up with a statement necklace and a leather jacket. If you would like to wear the booties and cardigan but make the outfit a little bit more fancy, I would pair these items with a striped t-shirt dress. But if you are going to a really fancy dinner or party, you could also just wear a more fancy dress with the booties. I don’t know but I think the items I am wearing are really versatile, which I love. What is your favorite item of my outfit and why?

  1. I am loving your whole outfit! I do love black & grey so you get my approval & understanding, I always drift towards black during this time of year. I don’t know why, I think it just works so well for layering
