Buy Me Pizza And Tell Me I’m Pretty | Latest Purchases

The title of this post is a bit random but in the next part you’ll read more about it… Last time I shared my purchases in a blog post has been a while back. Since I am pretty busy with school, I don’t have a lot of time to work. A big part of what I earned, I wanted to save. With that comes that I didn’t really have anything to put in a post like this but that’s okay since saving money is important. Anyway, in this blog post you’ll see some awesome prints, a beautiful wallet and a lot more I’ve bought and gotten over the past months. Enjoy! 🙌🏻

New York Map & Pizza Quote Print: Old English Company € 16,00 | Pizza Quote Card: Old English Company € 2,94

An interior lover like me is always looking for new brands and webshops to find unique interior pieces at. Well, I have found another one, which is called Old English Company. They actually sent me a couple of their prints and a card. I always tent to buy different kind of cards because I have this idea where I frame all of them and put them on the wall whenever I get to have my very own house. Now I can add this one to the collection. Besides that, I also love to change the different prints in my bedroom every once in awhile. “Buy me pizza and tell me I’m pretty” is such a funny saying because I absolutely love pizza. Then I also received the New York map print and of course that’s because I have such a great love for this amazing city. If you aren’t really into prints and cards, they also sell lovely stationery and homeware pieces for example.

Small Wallet: Ted Baker € 51,00 | “Just Peachy” Enamel Pin & Sticker: Megan McNulty € 8,00

For awhile I was looking for just the right wallet and this search took a lot longer than you would think. I might be very critical but after a little while I finally found the perfect one. This wallet is from Ted Baker and why I like it so much is because of the small size, the light grey (and pink on the inside) color and the rose gold details of course.

In the Spring Essentials blog post I shared some of my essentials for spring and enamel pins are one of them. While I was at The Original Market in Leiden, I walked around for a little bit and then I saw that Megan McNulty was also selling her products. She’s an illustrator and with her illustrations she makes different kind of products, like enamel pins, stickers, cards and a lot more. I saw this “Just Peachy” pin and I just loved it. It matches perfectly with the other two pins I’ve got so I bought it. With my purchase I actually got a matching sticker for free, which was really nice! You can find Megan McNulty’s Etsy shop here.

Airplant: Pluum Lekkers & Leuks € 2,95

Everyone knows that I am crazy about plants so yes, I have bought some new ones. In my Loves Lately blog post I talked about a garden centre I went to with my grandma and it’s one of my favorites. I can’t leave a garden centre without getting something. My grandma actually bought me these two small succulents plants, which are the cutest. And then I also got a new airplant. Whenever I am in Leiden, I always go to Pluum because it’s such a cute store. They actually had a couple of different airplants and I just had to get a new one to spice up my room again (btw, I believe it’s called Tillandsia Argentea but don’t quote me on that haha).

‘Note To Self’ Book: Bol.com € 19,99

For my studies I have to study tuns of literature and read different type of books and that’s why I didn’t enjoy reading anymore. It always felt like something I had to do and not because I wanted to. When I was little, I used to read so much and for some reason it always calmed me down. Since life has been pretty hectic and busy lately, I was looking for a new book to read. That’s when I saw Zoe Sugg’s Intastory, where she showed Connor Franta’s new book. I already owned his first one, so I got pretty excited about this new one so I ordered it. In this book he has written done his feelings over the past years and what he has learned. There are also some stunning photos and inspirational poems in the book, which make it exciting to look through and read it. Tonight I will definitely be reading some pages again. What did you think of my purchases? Have you bought anything new lately?

Love,

Neeltje

  1. I can totally relate to this post, there is just do much to do in a day that shopping is the very last on my list of priorities. That being said I did just buy a great special occasion dress and I can’t wait to wear it for a Derby party this weekend and hopefully at a few more celebrations this summer! xx Rox-Anne Celebrating This Life

  2. I love the wallet! I am searching for a new wallet for quite a while now, so thank you for the Ted Baker-inspiration!

  3. Lovely blog I get greedy with al the nice pictures! Some food for though :-D Thanks for sharing

  4. I recognize the feeling of seeing reading as a ‘must-do’ in stead of just reading for relaxation. I used to read just for fun before I started to study! I finished my studies years a go and still I’m not reading anymore! Need to pick that up again…

  6. Its a very cute quote. :-) I think I will use it with my hubby one of these days :D

  7. Wat een super leuk en lang artikel! 💓 Die plantjes… Geweldig! Ik hou totaal niet van groen, maar dit wil ik nog wel in huis een plekje geven. Leuke aankoopjes allemaal! Hier voornamelijk baby stuff haha
